Our monthly retainer options will provide you with regular and timely access to all our services. This means first priority web design, web development and support services for your projects. Clients on retainer will be serviced within 24-48 hours while those not on retainer may need to wait for more than a week for updates to be performed.
We have a few different retainer options available to suite your exact needs:
Maintenance retainer (2 hours included and additional hours NOT prioritized): Monthly rate for 6 months (minimum term) prioritized maintenance turnaround (72 - 96 hours SLA)
Cost: R1000.00/per month *Additional hours billed at R450/hour
Graphic Design, Web Development and Maintenance retainer (5 hours included and additional hours NOT prioritized): Monthly rate for 6-12 months prioritized turnaround (72 - 92 hours SLA)
Cost: R5000.00/per month *Additional hours billed at R450/hour
Graphic Design, Web Development and Maintenance retainer (10 hours included and additional hours NOT prioritized): Monthly rate for 6-12 months prioritized maintenance turnaround (48 - 72 hours SLA)
Cost: R10000.00/per month *Additional hours billed at R400/hour
Graphic Design, Web Development and Maintenance retainer (20 hours included and additional hours also prioritized): Monthly rate for 6-12 months prioritized turnaround (24 - 48 hours SLA)
Cost: R20000.00/per month *Additional hours billed at R350/hour
Graphic Design, Web Development and Maintenance retainer (40 hours included and additional hours also prioritized): Monthly rate for 6-12 months prioritized maintenance turnaround (24 - 48 hours SLA)
Cost: R40000.00/per month *Additional hours billed at R300/hour
